Clear Terms for the Don Bosco Community
These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Don Bosco School and Junior College, Nashik Website, located at www.donbosconashik.com. By using the Don Bosco application or portal, you agree to be bound by these terms.
2. Application Scope
The “Application” refers to the software provided by Don Bosco School and Junior College, Nashik for Parent-Teacher/School communication, to be used on Android and iOS devices, including upgrades and related documentation enabling use of the Application.
3. Confidentiality of Information
Any personal information you supply regarding you, the school, or students will be strictly confidential and will not be distributed to third-party services or other means.
4. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of data regarding personal details of the school, teachers, students, parents, assignment reports, student photos, reminders, diary activities, or other data. You are strictly prohibited from accessing information of other children through the app unless you have the right to do so.
5. Service Availability
Due to application maintenance, the system may not be accessible at certain times. Don Bosco School is not responsible for losses incurred due to service disruption or system maintenance.
6. Intellectual Property
All trademarks, copyrights, database, marketing rights, and other intellectual property rights in the Application and underlying software code are owned by Don Bosco School. The company grants you a worldwide usage of the application for communication with your school.
7. Prohibited Uses
You will not, nor allow third parties on your behalf to make or distribute copies, attempt to copy, reproduce, alter, modify, reverse engineer, disassemble, decompile, transfer, exchange or translate the Application, or create derivative works of any kind.
8. App Store Availability
The Application is available to download and use for free on Google Play and the App Store. Don Bosco School reserves the right to amend or withdraw the Application or service at any time and for any reason.
9. Mobile Provider Charges
The terms of agreement with your mobile network provider continue to apply. You may be charged for network connection services while accessing the Application or for third-party charges that may arise. If you are not the bill payer for the device, you are assumed to have permission from the bill payer.
10. Performance & Availability
The Application is provided over the internet and mobile networks. Quality and availability may be affected by factors outside the company’s reasonable control. Don Bosco School does not accept responsibility for unavailability or inability to access content.
11. Feedback & Improvement
Don Bosco School accepts valuable feedback from parents and schools for improving the application.
12. Termination
Don Bosco School may terminate the use of the Application at any time by giving notice. Upon termination, the rights and licenses granted to you will terminate and you must cease all use of the software.
13. Changes to Terms
Don Bosco School reserves the right to modify these terms from time to time. Please review them periodically. By continuing to use the services after changes, with or without notice, you agree to the revised Terms of Service.
